QUICKLY
Inspection of the loss or accident site is usually carried out within 24 hours of reporting, and in exceptional cases – after consultation with the interested parties.
A preliminary report is being prepared
within 48 hours from completing the inspection. The final report is prepared within 5 days of receiving the last document or information necessary for its correct preparation in accordance with the I.C.S. Polska standard.
COMPETENTLY
Before organizing the inspection, we verify the compliance of the notification with the client's instructions, checking the place, circumstances and subject of the damage. From the beginning of our involvement, we focus not only on documenting the damage, but also on minimizing it.
The preliminary report includes a description of the damage, the expected cause and initial estimates. The final report presents a full analysis of the damage, its causes, a detailed calculation of losses.
